Who We Are
Carlson and Thacker PLLC is a bankruptcy law firm formed in 2001. Don Thacker and Charles Carlson are attorneys with over 20 years experience, each, representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy matters.
Bankruptcy law is the sole area of practice for the firm.
Both Mr. Thacker and Mr. Carlson are chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, appointed to that position by the Office of the United States Trustee. As such they administer chapter 7 bankruptcy cases filed in southwest Washington.
As counsel for bankruptcy debtors, both have helped thousands of people successfully resolve serious financial problems. Each is admitted to practice in the bankruptcy courts of both Washington and Oregon.
